Placing a Commission
Commission Prices are available on application to paul@paulmellia.com Prices, products and offers shown are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order.
When you complete and submit an order, you will receive a reply confirming that we have received the order; this does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We are not obliged to accept your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of a contract between you and Paul Mellia will take place when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
Paul Mellia is not responsible for any secondary sales of his Artwork.
Delivery
Delivery costs for addresses within the UK [mainland] are set out at the time of enquiry. If you want goods sent outside the UK [mainland], please contact us at: info@paulmellia.com .
Delivery will be to the address you provide at the time of your order. We make every effort to deliver the goods within 28 days, however delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control [if this does happen, we shall contact you to advise you when the delivery is likely to be]. We shall be under no liability for delay in delivering the goods.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you on date we deliver them, or on the date we first attempt to deliver them.
Payment
Private commissions require a 50% minimum; payable at the time of placing your order. Any remaining balance is payable prior to receipt of goods. We offer payment by bacs transfer. We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to supply you with the goods.
We try to ensure prices are accurate, however errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to either reconfirm your order at the correct price, or cancel the order. If you cancel an order, any amount you have paid is non refundable.
Ownership of the goods will pass to you only after full payment has been received, cleared and upon delivery.
